Great experience from the minute we walked into the showroom on Battlefield, Sophie and Annabel couldn't do enough for us so made it easy to arrange a date for a visit to our house. Design was brilliant, just what we wanted, so signed up to go ahead straight away. The workmanship from the fitting team was second to none and a great bunch of lads too. Annabel and the entire team at Kutchenhaus Shrewsbury were fantastic all through the process from the first time we walked into the showroom to the final quality control check and bottle of wine! We had a vision for what we wanted which was only enhanced by Annabel's design skills and we are completely enraptured by the finished result. Transforming the kitchen has added to the quality of life in so many ways. Knowing that behind it all is solid, German engineering is also reassuring (and by comparison it definitely does feel superior). The odd few inevitable niggles were quickly addressed and because of the tight-knit team approach, communications were great all the way through. It’s not the cheapest but it’s not the most expensive either and we both felt we ended up with the quality and service we paid for. Highly recommended.

Quality Kitchen Delivered by a Quality TeamKutchenhaus Shrewsbury were engaged to convert a double length garage into an extended kitchen and utility room. A medium sized project involving some building complexity – steel beam, raised floors, etc – as well as a large kitchen and utility installation. Throughout the 2.5 month project, Roger and Annabel were easy to work with, quick to respond to concerns and fair in dealing with cost issues, all in all excellent customer service.The design process was managed well, with the flexibility to take on board client concerns and look at other solutions. Kutchenhaus Shrewsbury organised all aspects of the project apart from the flooring (our own choice). The work progressed efficiently with minimal delays and good organisation of contractors. The building work and fitting of the units, appliances, power and heating were all handled professionally.On a project of this size, things will go wrong. There will be delays, the design will require tweaking, there will be some fitting errors (very few), there will be changes to be made, there will be some unforeseen work to handle and cost. A test of a good company is how they respond when issues arise and Kutchenhaus passed this test, responding to issues quickly and fairly.Six months on, and kitchen’s attributes are still shining. The kitchen has a modern high-quality look and feel. The units are well designed and constructed and feel as if they will be durable. The design works well, providing plenty of storage and useability and creating a "heart of the home" space.That’s not to say that there couldn’t have been improvements, hindsight always provides a different perspective and perhaps the only complaint is the lack of a proper project de-brief. However, having been through a few home improvement projects, this is as good as it gets. Roger, Annabel and Kutchenhaus are recommended. They may not be the cheapest, but their units and work look to have lasting value and so will, I’m sure, their customer service

Absolutely brilliant from our first visit to the showroom. So professional but also kind and reassuring. The design is exactly what we asked for, clean lines, sleek and beautiful, with cupboards and plinths up to the ceiling. The appliances are brilliant. All people working on the project have been amazing. Excellent quality, with attention to detail and so respectful of our home. We were able to live easily in our home, alongside the work. Each evening everything was tidied away and was left neatly. Every single person or trade has arrived exactly when they said they would and has worked tirelessly. If you have any questions, Annabel, Roger, Jason or Gary are always on the end of the phone. We love our quartz worktops and as for our splashback, there are no words. It’s all come together to create the stunning kitchen we asked for. Thank you to everyone involved. 😊

A friend recommended Kutchenhaus to us and they have exceeded our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble, just a willingness to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Annabel in the showroom was brilliant, advising and suggesting improvements to my design and the ordering and delivery was easy. Used my own fitters who commented on the quality of the kitchen. Highly recommend!
